Meet our Dedicated Staff
Dr. Aralis Santiago-Plaud
MD, FAAP
Dr. Aralis Santiago-Plaud grew up in Patillas, a small town in Puerto Rico. After high school, she moved to San Juan to attend the University of Puerto Rico, where she earned with honors her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus in 1997.
Dr. Santiago- Plaud completed a pediatric residency at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital / Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been serving patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 2002.
She enjoys spending family time with her husband Norberto, and her children Nora, Sebastian and Lorenzo. Her hobbies include dinner with family and friends, reading, outdoor activities, sports and traveling around the world.
Her passion is to provide excellent care to her patients and families in a unique and positive manner.
FUN FACTS
Where is your favorite place you have traveled?
I have visited over 30 countries, and each one is special and different. My favorite as of today is Vancouver, Canada. Rome, Italy is a pretty place too.
Do you have any furry friends?
We have a small little spoiled dog named “Capitán”. He loves his daily walk around the neighborhood.
What is your favorite thing to do for fun?
I love baking cookies, salsa dancing … And I always love to try new things and go on new adventures!
Adriana Vasquez
Nurse Practitioner
Adriana Vasquez is a nationally board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in both family medicine and pediatrics. Adriana received both her bachelors in nursing and masters of science in Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Texas Woman’s University. Her nursing career started out in Labor and Delivery caring for mothers and their newborns. Adriana is passionate about teaching and supporting parents as they navigate parenthood. During her free time she enjoys reading, working out with Camp Gladiator, and spending time with her husband and two boys.
Edna Muñoz
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Edna Muñoz is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) since 2018, and a loving mother of three. She attends Centro Church where she serves in the children’s ministry as a Sunday School Teacher, passionately guiding children in their faith. She has a deep love for gardening and painting, finding joy and creativity in nature and art. Edna also enjoys walks with her beloved dog, Beau. With a heart for service and a passion for both healthcare and faith, she enjoys making a meaningful impact in her community by providing compassionate care for children and their families.

Born and raised in Texas, Evelyn A. is a dedicated professional with six years of experience in the medical field. A proud Garland, Texas native, she is passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her beloved furry friend and embracing all that life has to offer.
